Frequently Asked Questions
Try the Premium package for 7 days for free! The paid subscription of 14.99€ per month will take effect after the trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription after the trial period, please cancel it from your account settings before the end of the trial period.
First, you need to connect your Stebby and FitQ accounts. Under your FitQ account, select: settings - account - connect Stebby. Then, choose the suitable FitQ service on the FitQ website and select Stebby as the payment method during the payment process.
Additionally, you can purchase the FitQ subscription half-year and annual packages from the Stebby platform.
If you purchased a package through Stebby during a campaign (e.g., a 12-month subscription), send us the ticket code provided by Stebby. We will activate the package as soon as possible. Send the code to our email: info@fitq.me
If the package includes a gift (purchase credit), also contact us, and we will provide instructions on how to use it.
Under your account settings, select 'Payments', and you will find the "cancel subscription" button: shortcut
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time (except for contractual Stebby special packages).
The monthly subscription lasts until the user cancels the service. When canceling the FitQ or Trainer's channel monthly subscription, you will have access to the respective channel's workouts until the end of the already paid period.
